20 hits of 5 empty a full health bar on Normal.

Counted against the 100 health a player starts with, using only the hardest attack. With the extra health perk earned it takes 25.

Repeat is the longest of the released cooldown gates that apply to the attack, not the sum of them.

How to handle it

  • It shoots for 5 against you, once every 3 seconds. At 20 shots to empty a full bar it is an annoyance rather than a threat, as long as it is on its own.
  • Everything else matches the standard Tapebot: 40 health, 8 m/s sprinting, the same 40 m reach and the same wide peripheral vision. Only the cost of misjudging the approach is lower.
  • It never turns up in farm raids, so out in the world is the only place to meet one. It is worth the detour anyway, because it shares the standard Tapebot's drop table, Schematic box included.

Every number quoted here is the current version's own figure. Where a line reads as advice rather than a fact, it is a conclusion drawn from those figures, not a claim about what the game guarantees.

Each band is the distance the bot sees at that angle from straight ahead. The widest band is the one that decides whether you can walk around it.

This range is measured against blocks that are running, never against you. Walking up to this one on foot sets nothing off.

Each figure is the chance of one roll, not the chance per run. A source rolls several times and some rolls can come up empty.

Chances assume every seed tier and quest unlock is already earned and nothing has been drawn yet. An unmet condition removes entries and raises the chance of what is left.

Where it shows up in farm raids

This one never takes part in farm raids.

Salvageable part

Its arm survives as a part you can mount on a build. Fired from your own creation it deals 5 a hit.
